EdWorts recipe is one of the most popular Ive ever come across, with over 19000 gallons brewed by HomeBrewTalk.com users alone. Many different users have tweaked Eds recipe, using different yeasts, sugars, and base juices. This stuff is the best! Way better than I would have expected. Don't be afraid of the bad smell it puts off during the beginning of fermentation. Just think that that means it is working that smell, while terrible, will pay off in about 6 months when you are trying this stuff.

What are you thoughts on carbonation? I like to have it with and without.
