Oct 25 : Woodcut # 6 : on location at Odell's Brewing Co.
This week, we continue our round of episodes from Denver, and this time were in Fort Collins hanging at Odells Brewery. Aside from being a haven for delicious craft beer, Odell was one of the most beautiful breweries that weve been too. We chat with brewer Jeff Doyle about Odells present, the future, and what we can expect as far as their delicious beer is concerned. As usual, with our on site brewery episodes, we have no Master Pairing .. If you are in Colorado, Fort Collins is definitely

Madison Smith of "WinoBeeroFoodo" | Interview With A Craft Beer Enthusiast 2012 (part 1 of 2)
Madison Smith is known by the moniker "WinoBeeroFoodo" on the interwebs. I interviewed her about a year and a half ago when she was working for a winery in California, but since then shes moved back east to be the social media strategist for Natty Greenes Brewing Company. Shes posted sporadically to YouTube over the last year, but has been starting to post videos on a more regular basis lately. I was able to shoot a beer review with her recently (which you can see here: youtu.be )

19. No good programs or sites for labelling your bottles...
I have yet not found an easy way to label my bottles in a professional way. But the site www.beerlabelizer.com is the closest I can get at the moment. The site: www.says-it.com Have given some great labels in the past, but their best labeler is down... Official Seals should give us a tool to make hundreds of GREAT beer labels... Anyone else knowing about a good and simple way to make labels, let us know. (Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator don´t count. Cause we are art-illiterate...)

De Wetshof Wine Estate in the Robertson Wine Valley South Africa - Africa Travel Channel
De Wetshof Wine Estate in the Robertson Wine Region is one of South Africas premier chardonnay houses, creating a wide range of wine styles from this versatile varietal. The Estate, however, offers a balanced portfolio of impressive, award winning wines from vineyards and a cellar where cutting-edge technology and common sense farming and winemaking go hand-in-hand. Nearly all South Africas wine is grown in the same area as the Cape Floral Kingdom and we think that is why it is so
Snake Wine aka Kickass Cobra Juice
Traditional Chinese medicine brings us this weeks featured delicacy, snake wine. Made by either steeping a cobra (or cobra look-alike) in rice wine or by cutting off the snakes head to drain its blood and adding it to wine, people throughout Asia drink snake wine with the belief that it can cure a number of ailments. Find out how snake wine tastes when we feed it to our co-workers and what the very interesting side effects are on this weeks episode of Why Would You Eat That? QUESTION: How
